polaris sportsman 500 brakes help needed

99 polaris sportsman 500 ebs,   I am having trouble getting the brakes to bleed and stay.
Is there a certain way to bleed these brakes.  ?

thanks,  I did all this.  I have bleed many brakes before but for some reason I cant get these polaris brakes to hold.    It has front lever which goes to the front and rear of the atv,  it also has a pedal that goes to the rear only.  If I apply both hand and foot brake they will work  but thats the only time.    New pads in the rear,  the front are still good.  Has EBS.

If you apply the foot only will it work at all in the rear?  When you pull the lever, is it going straight to the bar with little or no effort, or does it stop or require force at any point?  How much brake are you getting with both applied?
