Thanks! Yeah its holding up good so far.. havent put it on a hard ride yet though. As far as temp I can definitley feel a heat difference after a while of riding between the inlet connection and the outlet connection on the cooler. So we will see.

it should stay out of mud and stuff that would clog it..also you should be able to wash it out easy if it does get dirty.

It wasent hard to get the old Cooler out. Just had to undo the oil lines then take off the mudguards on the inside of the fender next to the tire.. and after thoes where out of the way just unbolt it and pull it out.

Yeah, I went to Homedepot and bought some triple re-inforced hose and used that as my new oil line I just added it to my original oil line. So far its holds up to the heat really well, and the oil system isent really a high pressure system compared to a radiator setup so pressure wise its holding up nicely.

I thought about running them under the plastic.. but after a while of thinking about it .. I do alot of heavy woods trail riding.. and I wanted them up top so i could watch them and keep them out of the way of under plastic debris.

It looks to be a good and clean setup.  Wish mine turned out that good.  I would have just cut the crimps ont he lines and clamped the lines straight to the fitting on the engine.  It's hard to get those steel braided lines to clamp very well.
