well.. I perfer the ex cab cuz more room. more passengers, and just looks better. And you can actually recline the seat all the way back. And i highly doubt single cab would be faster, or better on gas, maybe a slight bit but not enough to make me get a single before a extended cab

Polaris_for_life vinsonmudder13 Dawgriderdanny You and your buddies are big fans of single cab huh? yeah it makes it faster lol It's a gasser, you want fast should of got a car. or a diesel for around the same price, might have had a few miles though. dam you sound like my dad well if you want it to be fast you should have bought that trans am ws6 then lol

I drove a cummins last weekend and im hooked now.

And i highly doubt single cab would be faster, or better on gas, maybe a slight bit but not enough to make me get a single before a extended cab I prefer the ext cab too but the reg cab is a few hundred pounds lighter so its gonna be quicker. My friends 01 reg cab 5.3 sierra stepside 2wd with 3.42's all stock would outrun my tuned 3.73 4x4 ext cab 5.3 pretty easy. granted it is a fiberglass bed 2wd too. His mpg is a lot better too but then again the ext cab 4x4 is much heavier and with the mods I got, it actually lost MPG over stock. Sometimes I want a 4 door. haha
