best all terrain tires

i recently bought some very aggressive mud tires and i can tell that they arent going to last very long so i was wondering what is the best all terrain tires or a mud tire that does good on the street for my next set.

BFG All terrains for long lasting, not too loud, good road manners, and decent offroad. They look good for an AT too.

hands down best, most aggressive dedicated all-terrain tire would have to the Micky Thompson Baja ATZ. They have an aggressive pattern that you would think is actually a mud terrain if you didnt know any better. they are quiet, ride smooth, look awesome and last FOREVER. If you are looking for a good inbetween tire that leans more towards a mud terrain, look into the Nitto Trail Grapplers.

BFGs ATs or even the mudders will last for a long time and are quiet to boot.
I have had both and had well over 75,ooo on the ATs and had around 55,ooo on the mudders.
I had a set of Mickey thompsons lasted all of 22,ooo miles don't think I will buy them again..lol
I have NittoTerra Grapplers right now and they are quiet and work well in snow and seem to do fine in light mud. As for how they wear I can't say have not had them long enough and I also bought them used for too good of a price to pass up..

I've had two sets of bfg all terrains and I got about 60k out of each set. I had one set on a ranger and another set on a 2006 tacoma, I now have a set on my f-150 and my dad got 50k out of 3 different sets on his CC F-250 power stroke .The pro comp extreme all terrains, and pro comp all terrains are both great tires too. the all terrain is garunteed for 50k and I think the extreme all terrain is for 40k. Nitto terra grapplers are a good tire too from my experiences but they dont last as long on a heavy truck, but they are cheaper and do great too. Most of my buddies got around 35k out of the terra grapplers but they were on Diesel F-250's

I run Cooper STT; love em. More aggressive AT tire but has the side wall of a MT. And are supposed to be guarenteed at 60,000.

I say BFG AT, I got 120,000 miles on my jeep. They were worn pretty bad and should have been replaced a lot sooner than they were. I Currently have 106,000 miles on the set on my FJ it is time for a new set.
