yeah i will agree will all that ya'll have talked about and i understand about the' have more staff.but maybe in the future we can get it worked out to where we can have racers and spectators just like dirt track or any other type of racing they have one gate to enter and pay to go to the pitt and one to go to the grandstand and someone to make sure there in the right place.and it would be hard to seperate whos who.so thanks for looking in to how we can make this grow.thanks

bruterecoveryman 10polaris800 hey i'm not tring to start alot of stuff about the coast of entering the parks to race and such.but i want to address this issue.last year all we heard was we can get spectators to come watch mud racing.well this is an example.some of the people that have helped me get back this year wanted to watch the season opener, but do not have atvs.they just want to see what and where there money is going.but when i tell them they have to pay 25.00 dollars just to come watch.they look at me very funny and i dont blame them.i dont mind paying because i race.but i dont think they should get in free but maybe charge a spectator price ten dollars.that way a park would still get some money and make a mud fan or a racer out of them.because if we can't get people out to watch we can't have a good series and more sponsers.thanks..M.M 25.00 isnt as bad as it has been at previous events. but it is a lil steep to just come watch. The problem is... until we figure out how to separate the spectators from the folks riding there will never be a good answer for this. there have been parks that charge a "per atv" price and a seperate "per person" price. but, for folks racing multiple atvs this isnt really fair. and then there are the dishonest folks that would pay the spectator price and wind up riding anyway.. it could be done with different colored arm bands but then you would have to pay for additional staff to monitor that. I just hope someone smarter than me comes up with a way to accomplish this task, because i agree.. there would be a few more people attending if we could figure it out.. i raced at the hlpsr event in tenn. in 2008 and that was an "all spectator" event. there was a pretty decent turn out but it was not a ride so the folks that normaly would ride some and watch the races didnt show up... Steve your the smart one... figure this out for us man I know this is not a 100% solution but if you combine spectators only parking with a parking slip for the Car or truck (No RV or Trailers) and different arm band's for the spectator's you would be able to control this a little better. My other idea is "and i know this one will get picked on" for spectator's only you have to check-in at the gate and trade an ID for an arm band, that way if you decide you want to stay for the night an ride around when you come back to get your ID you will pay the difference of the spectator fee an the weekend fee...

I know they do that when you go to the club and under 21 they most the time take your Id and give you a special color arm band , when you leave if that arm band isnt on your arm you not that ID back, i feel i brite lime green or pinkish arm band on spectators will let the park staff know if thier a rider or spectator. i dont feel your gonna be able to seperate the parking problem, but with the ID and arm band you got them.

I got it fixed, it runs like a champ.. but Im a little skiddish of it.. while I was reassembling the carb, i broke a plastic nut that holds the choke into the carb. I called shamrock, but they wanted 50 for it.. So I put some liquid steel on it and hope it holds... ( I got my carb fixed, reverse fixed, tires rotated on my truck, brakepads put on my truck and 2 bikes loaded and ready to go.. we are pulling out at 6 sharp in the morning..)

Does anyone know how to contact Cameron Bennett, he is a youth racer that races for Firehouse? I have his trophy from the youth class 0-125 and would like to get it to him. He won 2nd place. Please have them call or me 352-528-3252 or pm me. Thanks everyone.

So the payouts for these races are a one time payout at the end of the points season? i think the site said $460 for open class? That is for the entire season if you place 1st? Just curious. i don't know much about the racing side of things..
