Vin for moto4

I have just been given a Yamaha moto4, I have found the engine number, and cc which is a 200, but where the vin number is stamped in the frame, it matches the engine number and is too short for a vin, how can I determine what year/model it is for parts purchasing ?

I think they stamped it on the frame in the area of the left foot peg on those. You'll probably have to clean it really good and use a light to see it.

I found the number stamped in the lower rail just in front of the left footpeg, the problem is the stamped numbers match the engine number, so it's not long enough for a vin, i have searched high and low and cant find any other stamped numbers  The frame number is  2WA 001082   ... a few digits short of a vin, The engine number is also 2WA 001082.  What now ?? I cant use the 9 digit frame number to gain the model and year of this moto4.
Is there a way to determine the year/model from the engine number alone ?
