Starting a new build guys

Hey everyone ive decided to start another bike build. Im building a 2 wheel drive honda 300 to mess around with. Just a cheap as possible no frills build. I had the frame laying around and dug out a decent motor that should run so we shall see. Today i yanked the busted motor out if the frame and stabbed in the good motor. Gonna try to have all the wiring finished tomorrow night and see if it will run or not. So stay tuned for updates guys

Ws sketchy at first when i went to put in the new motor. Wasp had built a nest in the starter cover. Brake cleaner fixed that issue haha.
Thinking about slapping a 350d rear end i have under this bike. Probably gonna run some 25 inch big horns and see how it does. Plan on snorkeling it and deleting brakes until i do a disk conversation.
Do you guys think i should do a big stretch and lift or what? Its just gonna be a toy to beat on.

Man you could rebuild that motor easy if it just needs piston and rings. You won't know till you pull the head and jug off. You can try pulling the plug and filling the topside with marvel mystery oil. It's an old trick but it works but you have to let it set for a few days.

What he said!  Pour some MMO in there and see if it will move after a couple of days.

Or pull the top end and send the cylinder to G&H if you don't have a local machine shop that can bore it.
