Mega Cab Long Bed + Air Ride!!

I thought id share my latest project, Im stretching the rame on my mega cab to accomadate an 8' bed, and 4 linking it with air ride. So far its going great and it looks awesome. (atleast i think so) You definatly wont see to many like it runing around. In the last pics its sitting on jack stands, the frame is all finished but im stuck waiting on parts. Its sitting at ride hiegth so thats how the finished product should look.....

i woulda done that rear frame a little different if it was me...

 Vamped, The frame has a 10" sleeve inside connecting the 2 pieces and then it was fish plated, im curios to how you would have done it.

Yeah it would have been nice to take it somewhere like Precision Bodyline and had it done, but $6k is a lot of money, so far ive got about $800 in the conversion and that includes buying the bed, and ive got another $500 in the air ride.

i stand corrected then.. thats a good way to do it..

when i do any type of lengthening or shortening i always z the frame out for mew weldable area

I got a question... is the mega cab dually bed the same size as a swb bed??? I got a 05 3500 Single rear wheel that i am converting to a dually and its a swb... i was thinking about going with a mega cab dually bed just to make it different...
