I didn't like the skf because they are little big and hard to install. The skf ones are only a single lip seal vs the triple lip seal from polaris. The polaris ones are about 9 dollars each. Polaris size 50x68.95x8; skf 50x70x8.

What about wheel bearings on a 2008 Ranger crew? Pivot works has bearing for @ $54.95 for a pair. This is the number that is on the bearing: ZWBE-031. If anyone has a Timken or Bower bearing number please share it.

510013 bearing works on the rear of a Ranger Crew NAPA #338 u-joint fits also and has a zerk fitting. When installing this joint be sure to put the zerk fitting toward the shaft. No need to unbolt the diff. just remove the emergency brake and cotter pin and slide the shaft back. The zerk fitting being toward the shaft will not hit the diff input shaft.

Anyone found a cross for the newer Sportsman XP wheel bearings? Polaris went to these starting with March 2010 builds.. Polaris part number 3514699 I think maybe they had an oddball size made specifically for them..they seem to love to corner the market on replacement parts lol. Wouldnt be so bad if they weren't made in China bearings. Measurements on the package say its 44x72x33.1 These bearings are also used on the XP900 all 4, and the front of the 2011 / 2012 Rangers IIRC.

Cheep Version of the Expensive Polaris Cylinder Head Tempature Switch.

This is a Cheep Version of the Expensive Polaris Cylinder Head Tempature Switch for Over Heating! I'v Cross checked Alot of Switches and this one seem to be a Winner. Specs are as Follows: It's for a 1997 Sportsman 400 - 4X4 - 2 cycle. But it was used on a lot of Polaris, Check original part number to cross to your Machine. ----------- NAPA Part# ECH FS111 Attributes: # Switch Terminals : 1 Coolant Fan Switch Temp Rating : On At 204-220 Deg. F. Coolant Fan Switch Thread Size : 3/8" x 18 Terminal Type : Round Female Warranty: 36 Months or 36,000 Miles Whichever Occurs First --------------------------------------- FS111 Switch cost $6.99 as of 7-26-12 Napa Switch Plug cost $13.00 as of 7-26-12 Napa Total cost $20!!! Original Polaris Switch $76.00 7-26-12 Ebay ---------------------------------------- Make sure to Purchase the NAPA plug that goes with this switch as you will have to have it to plug the switch into your electrical. Some modification is Required by cutting off the Switch wire you purchase with it and soldering a MALE plug with heat shrink onto the wire so it can plug into the wiring harness of your Polaris, unless you just want to cut the plug off your Polaris and wire them directly to each other! Thanks, Mike

New to the forum. I have a 99 Polaris 500 6x6. I have been looking for the front wheel and hub strut bearings. I have found the hub strut bearing at O Rileys part A4 (race and cone) for 6.59 (masterpro brand). The wheel bearings are A14 and run about the same price. I have used the wheel bearings and they are fine. Going tomorrow get the A4's and try them out. Does anyone know of a cheap place to get the Hub Coil (2201313) and the armature plate (511148). Also need a half shaft for the front. Thanks.

Ive gone through every page in this thread and could not find anything about the front dif output shafts. OEM p/n is 3233953 and there is no way im shelling out $230+ per output shaft out of the two you need. Any help would be awesome.

Your best bet is too remove the seal and bring it with you to a bearing/seal dealer. They might be able to match it up then by measuring it, or at the very least tell you seal manufacturer part numbers for it or if they can even get it at all. Most times the manufacturer of the seal is written on the side of the seal with the their part number. You can also use this information to get a seal at a bearing/seal supply store.
