This is the parts I just used in order to rebuild a rear end on a 2003 Sportsman 600.
Jew your parts dealers for the best prices. I rebuit this one for less than $90.
Beware that if you Penion and Ring gear is bad the best deal I found is $250.00 from Polaris. (Just in case)

U-joint for 2002 700 sp rear prop shaft - 1-0170 this is a SFK brand
U-joint for 05 700 sp rear prop shaft - 338 this is a Precision brand may be the same a 02 model??
Rear axle bearings for nearly all sportsmans that I'm aware of - 510013 this is a Federal-Mogul Bearing
CV Boot kit for the front of 05 model sportsmans - 8409 this is a Precision brand
CV Boot kit for the rear of all 600-800 model sportsmans that I'm aware of - 7427 this is a Precision brand
