Honda Rubicon ESP non responsive

I have a 2007 Honda Rubicon that has some issues. It runs fine in D1 and D2 to, but is not responsive in ESP at all. When I push the shift buns, nothing happens. I thought about changing the angle sensor, and may do so just to rule that out. Any thoughts on what could cause this?I took the throttle cable off along time ago, and need to reset my angle sensor, shift points, and what have you. The problem is without the ESP working, I can’t reset things like I’m supposed to

The angle sensor will not cause the ESP to stop working. If you replace the angle sensor, you still need to re-initiate the system. If you can't do that, nothing will work properly.
I would start at the buttons themselves, and work your way from there. You may just have a bad connection.
