My wheeler uses alot of antifreeze, but it  doesn't leak out anywhere and when i drive it for awhile or enough to get it warmed up it starts to knock by your feet and runs real ****.

MORE THEN LIKELY, the Cylinder Head gasket is gone.
It could be leaking into the Oil passage jackets inside the cylinder/cylinder head, or it is leaking into the combustion chamber (on top of piston) and is being burned off.
If you do the work yourself, make sure to get the cylinder head checked for warpage/cracks/etc....The best thing to do is to get  the cylinder head pressure tested. Any good engine shop or performance shop should be able to do this for you.

If the head is warped/cracked/etc...then just replacing the gasket will do nothing. The problem will not be solved.
