Grizzly 600 stalling
i have a 2001 yamaha grizzly 600. it starts and runs great with the choke on. as soon as i turn the choke off the quad does not idle. if choke is on it idles. while riding the quad with the choke off, once going turn choke off, the quad back-fires often. never did before having idle problem. i'm thinking it may have something to do with my exhaust due to the fact i have never cleaned it. the tip is rusted into muffler solid. Is this my problem and what exhaust is sugested, i would like it to be as close to quit as stock.
Thanks In Advance,
Mike

when you say clean the carb, what part of the carb. take the whole carb off the grizzly? and dunk it, or clean it in place where it is? remove the set screws or leave them in? thanks again!
