Got A Problem

I have a 2007 ranger, and attempting to service the transmition.  Some **** rounded out the drain plug.  Anybody have any ideas for removing the plug or removing the oil some other way would be greatly appreciated.

Im trying to stay away from drilling and using an easy-out.  the way my luck runs, I would break the easy-out, or something dumb would happen.  I bought an erwin 21mm bolt extractor socket.  should bite on the outside of the drain plug.  found it on youtube.
