I heard that if you can get a 55 gallon drum just right that it will double your torque but you have to make sure that you get one that contained a petroleum product and that you do not clean the drum out and some times it will look like you have a rocket on the back it creates so much power![:D]

or u could just put a strap loosely across the outlet of your exhaust, it would look and sound better

i did this back in the day when hurricane ivan came thru, i had to pull 30 or 40 limbs out of the yard and i wouldnt even unhook the strap i would toss it on the rack and keep goin, one time it got right behind the exhaust and it sounded mean

It sounds meaner to the driver, not to everybody else.  It's giving the sound a surface to reverberate forward (toward the rider) from.  As for more power, well try breathing thru a straw and see if you have more energy...  The ignorance of "4 strokes need backpressure" needs to be stamped out; this seems like as good a thread as any to start.  Don't let your 2 stroke buddies' comments carry over into your world, because theirs is irrelevant to ours.

01 Cherokee, Rusty's Long Arm setup, 4.5" coils, 3.5" leafs w 1.5" shackles, Rusty's HD trac bar and mount, Rusty's steering linkage and steering box brace, no sway bars, 8.8 rear w discs, HP Dana 30 front, 4.10s, hardcore front bumper---it'll flex just a tad!
