Fastest street driven vehicle on HL!

i got a street legal 68 ford with a 306stroker on pump gas use to have NOS built by CMS racing and plenty of other goodies that not many want to touch it.

The srt10 truck sucks on the street, can easily be taken advantage of on the streets.  It takes a dang good tire and driver to get it to come out of the hole with any speed.  But DK has a good lookin truck and for what he purchased it for it fits the bill perfectly. 

That silver lightning, did it make it to Arkansas, little rock to be exact, at any time during its life?  Their was one around LR that they guy (I think matt?) had for a short while and then sold it to a buddy of mine who I believe blew it up.  They could never get it tuned right.

the 91 gmc syclone is still the fastest production truck.  It has quicker 0-60 and 1/4 times than the srt10 and the lightning.  I have owned both a syclone and lightning and depending on driver they are close in 1/4 mile but 0-60 the syclone is unbeatable. I say that in stock form, not modded.

but them again.... the SRT is probably the fastest and the SVT is the quickest.... in real i guess we would both be right.... cause the SRT is a turn through the 1/4 but has loads of top end and the SVT will spit the rods out in overdrive at WOT....lol

hard to beat the exhaust sound of a maxed out ported and polished stock SVT supercharged lightning.  Have had that noise in my ear on the free way to many times.

NO NO not that noise!  Im talkiing about the exhaust sound, I love the exhaust tone of the lightnings, will like a borla system.  I the wine means nothing, and to be a smart butt yes its technically coming from the intake through the motor out the exhaust!  haha

man the borla sound like butt hole... it gets raspy in the higher RPM range
you need to hear bassani or magnaflo!!

I heard all three, on a cobra and lightning, just didnt put those in my post.  The bassani was probably the best but never herd it on the free way.  Just track.

ya'll need to hear mine, with the programmer on kill, box turned up, water meth full on.......... rappin like an ak47 through the 5 inch straight pipe.    Went through the lincoln tunel and folks looked like they were gonna claw their way out to get away from the noiz !    wish a  video would do the sound justice, but it just does not.

Gotta buddy with a 04' Cobra with fully built motor, put out 562hp on dyno to rear wheels with supercharger loosing boost and only putting out 7lbs boost , fixed that and put out somewhere in the 800's until blower broke the end of crank after motor only had 1200 miles on it

Has around 15-18k tied up in motor alone.

its got a ls2 with a lil love in it also.  I had a 02 harley truck with a diff. super charger snout underdrive pullys mac headers and exhaust and a mac intake with a diablo with a johnny lighting tune d/l on it.  Rolling 22s.  Fastest i got it was 12.47 on et streets.  My cummins is pushing the envelope it dropped in the 12s and working its way down.  When i get to low 12s i will have maxed my turbo out and im not guna runn twins so that will be were she stops.
