Dual battery setup

Looking at doing a dual battery setup on my grizzly.

Thinking of using this isolator between the 2 batteries. The first battery would be for solely cranking and the 2nd would run to an aftermarket fuse panel to run all accessories.

If I’m reading this right, the bike should always charge cranking battery first then switch over to secondary right.

Any input on this?

Also what are some good batteries to buy these days?

Doveman your link didn't work. Anyway I like to run Motocross batteries. It's a Yuasa made battery. The haven't failed me yet and usually run half the price. Find them at your discount battery places usually.
