Deer sausage.. Best way to cook?

I usually slice some up and throw it in a pan for breakfast or grill a few 6" links and throw em on a hotdog bun with mustard.. What's some good ways to cook this stuff.. I got like 20 packs I need to eat..

If I don't grill them,, I put the sausage in a pan with foil lining,, add some bacon, onions, some bbq sauce, cover and cook at 300 for a hour or so...   I also like deer sausage in red beans and rice! Yummy..

I picked up 43# of sausage before I came to work.. (1/2 Green Onion and 1/2 Japaleno/cheese)

take it out the casing and make stuffed bell peppers! Or put them in a aluminum pan and fill it with beer and onions and put on a hogie bun with some mustard! Yummy! Make some jambalaya, good deer sausage and chicken gumbo!

best way to do it is get the buddy who didnt go hunting in the morning to fire up the grill and have sausage on white bread with mustard after you get finished hunting.

Other than that, cut bell peppers in half, fill them with cream cheese and put a piece on there and wrap it with bacon and grill them. Those are good

    Send it 2 me.....LOL!!!
Split it down the middle and throw it on the george foreman, add eggs over easy and toast and you have breakfast.
Slice it up and start cooking it in a pan.  Add sliced potatoes along with fresh green beans and some onions.  Basically stir fry it until everything has cooked together and is done.  This makes a good dinner.
