I'd go with the Kodiak and the IRS.  They ride a lot better than the SRA.  I just picked up an 05 Kodiak 400 for almost the same price as the 06 350.  Saved some $$$ going with a left over 05.  I've also got a 2000 Grizzly 600 with SRA and there is no comparison in the ride.  IRS is much smoother.  The little 400 has pretty decent power too.

def go with the 400.  bruin has no fuel gauge, no speedo, no odo, and sra.  the irs is much better, and as stated is just about as much $$.

Well if she cant handle the 450 she wont be able to handle the 400 cause the 400 has more go and more hp then the  450.  Less torque though.  So if power is the problem then you have to go with the 350.  The 350 is alot lighter and alot easeir to handle.

I wouldn't think that weight should be an issue with either machine.  The 350 is 42 lbs lighter than the 400 (dry weights), and the LXWXH are almost the same including seat height.  My 105 lb girlfriend has no problem driving my 400 and she has never ridden a wheeler.  Go with the 400 with IRS.  She'll have a much better and more confortable ride.  I'm not sure what mods you have on your Kodiak, but that's probly why she can't handle it?

i agree with loud electronics. im not saying to get a bruin, they suck. definitly go with the kodiak. i have a 400 and it will get you from 0 to 50 or 55 in about 10-15 secs. thats pretty fast for a woman that is gonna ride slow. i would just say its hers and ride it all the time.[;)] then again i would just ride my bada** atv. the 400 is the best of the 2 atv's. if she does any deep mudding tell her to watch the belt. mine slips alot after i sunk it in about 5ft of water.
