2006 grizzly 660

I have a 06 grizzly that blows ignition fuse every time. I notice my lights dont work anymore as well. Kinda leaning towards a cdi. Was just going down trail and quad died lights quit working the ignition fuse blew. The center plug was very hot and started smoking. I unplugged the top and bottom plug and fuse would not blow. Soon I put in middle one it popped. Also push button don't work anymore. Would that have anything to do the cdi.?

Good possibility. I'd check and make sure I don't have any loose or skint wires that or putting some extra resistance on the electrical system. Check all your grounds for sure. If all that looks good then I'd say CDI.

I agree double check all wires for rubbing. I had that problem with my cat. Was a wire rubbed through loom and very hard to find. maybe search common wiring rub spots to narrow it down and start there?

Your problem is more than likely in your wiring harness. More specifically chafing in the harness.
Remove the gas tank to get the best access to the harness. Pay particular attention to wires running near the exhaust and where they run up the steering stem. These are the most prone areas for chafing.
