So i got all the differential stuff in . waiting on the speed sensors since i got shorted those ..
I can tell you im ready for some 2wd **** cause this thing is a pig in 4wd lol

Next thing, i really dont want a loud exhaust but whats the next step for a little more kick
Budget doesnt really work for a GR, do the CDI boxes help at all?

You don't need functional speed sensors.  I snipped the wires off of mine.  The 350 Rancher speed sensor is on the back of the motor above the rear output.  You do need speed sensors on that diff to fill the holes though.  Get the cheapest ones you can find on ebay from an 02-04 450, Rincon, 05-14 Rubicon, 05-11 Foreman, or 400AT.  Speed sensors for all of those are the same size.  Bolt them on, snip off the wires.

Yah i know, i found a set on ebay for 30 bucks and im just gonna clip the wires..  i was gonna make block offs but the time and bullcrap it would take its cheaper just to by fill in sensors to do the job

Man the 23.5% is about the smallest you can get away with. If your thinking of going with a bigger tire you will need a 30%. Look up Don Oglesby from Start La. He makes some real nice ones. Also James Clark from breaux bridge la also if he's not busy.

i mean is the 23.5 worth it ? i don think im gonna go with a bigger tire manly cause i dont want to lift it any more.. but id really like to be able to use 4wd and not have it lug down and bog .. also if i want to put a lady on the back i want to know shes gonna turn the tires lol

I think you would be ok with the tires you have now with doubling on it running the 23.5%

I  just hate to get it and it still be sluggish.. and do the work twice lol if i could find like a 30% i would probably be more comfortable .. idk guess i need to find people who are running the 23.5s and see how the feel..

If it was me I'd just do the 30% and be done with it like you said. That way you will never have to worry about anything. I know the mud as I live in Louisiana and have what I call blue clay. It will stick to about anything and is heavier than you can imagine. So yea I'd run the 30%.

good idea.. i dont see where ill ever have to put it in 2nd gear when im in the mud any way and even with 50% id have to be around 3rd lol

like it dosnt do terrible in 2wd right now but 4wd is just not possible .. and i dont see me having a passenger when im going out looking for trouble.. once i get some skinnys up front it will probably help to but until then ill find a set of core gears and try to get a 30% coming

FB is the easiest place to get ahold of the GR guys now.  I'd try Don Oglesby first.  Look up Reduction Boss if Don's backed up.

Alright so i picked up a spare motor last night for the core gears .. any clue on what size the clutch basket nut is and do i really need a puller to get it off or will a pry bar work?

You will need a 20 + 22 mm socket. Remember to unstake the locking nut. Hit it with and impact and don't for get one but is left handed threads. You will have to pull the pressure clutch assm as well as the centrifical clutch assm. You will need a puller definitely. You can do a search for Honda ATV clutch puller and you will find one for around $15.

Not on a Rancher.  One of them is left hand thread on the 300 and the 350 Foreman.  350 Rancher clutch nuts are both standard thread.

Get a set of 3 jaw pullers from Amazon.  Teckton or something like that.  I bought a set several years ago, use them all the time, and the biggest 3 jaw puller works fine for centrifugal clutches.  I used mine this morning tearing down a 350 Rancher motor.
