08 Foreman 500 Handlebar Headlight

Is there a way to turn off the handlebar headlight and the bottom lights stay on

When I have anything on my front rack its blinding at night and would be nice to turn it off. Maybe a kit or schematic to do this?

I would guess that you could just cut the postive lead for the light and then connect the ends to a switch that you mount somewhere close by.

    Go to the honda dealer
they can put a switch on
    it for about $45.00 and
it'll take a hour at most.

FYI we took the inst. cluster apart and unpluged his all together for his Audio Tube.

The headlights in the fenders aren't focused worth a dern...be prepared to do some adjustment, and you still cant see that well with just those lights....unlike the ranchers/300's who's lights were focused to be used alone rather than in conjunction with a handle bar mounted light.

I bought a marine grade toggle switch and drilled a hole under the pod to mount it in cut the pos wire going to the light and ran it thew the switch. worked great.

Cole Herese makes an O ring sealed toggle, and rubber boots in your choice of color.

Clip either wire for the 3rd light and jump a switch in.

I put one on my Rincon also when I did the Foreman headlight conversion.
